Please send us the following information directly so that we can deal with your enquiry as a matter of priority and arrange for a quality control check to be carried out immediately:

1. Please enter "Foreign object" in the "Subject" field
2. Please upload the following photo(s)using the form:
   • the name of the affected meal
   • the packaging of the meal
   • the foreign object
3. Please copy the following information. Then paste it into the "Message" field of the contact form and complete the information:

Where can I find the batch number and time?

You'll find the batch number below the best-before date on the packaging. It begins with the letter 'L'.

Next to it, you'll find a 4-digit production time (for example: 0615).

For your convenience, you can simply send us a photo of the packaging. We'll then read the details ourselves.

Our quality promise to you

The quality and safety of our products are our top priority. Our dishes undergo several quality and safety checks throughout the production process, in accordance with strict hygiene standards. Both the raw ingredients and the finished batches are regularly and carefully checked for quality and any foreign objects.

Despite these extensive checks, it is unfortunately still possible, in very rare isolated cases, that something may go unnoticed.

We will immediately instruct our quality assurance team to investigate the incident thoroughly and ensure that the affected batch is traced and inspected.
