What happens when an item is not available?
Sometimes a dish may become unavailable at short notice. This is because we produce fresh and on demand — which means in rare cases there may be changes to your order.
If a dish is sold out, we'll swap it for another dish so that:
- You still receive the same number of dishes, keeping your quantity discount unchanged
- There's no delivery delay for you
We work hard to ensure availability.
The fact that products are sometimes sold out is also a good sign:
- High demand → Your chosen dish is popular
- High quality standards → We only use premium-quality ingredients
- Production on demand → Fresh products without large stock levels and no unnecessary overproduction
If you don't want a dish to be replaced, you can swap it for a different dish or remove it from your subscription entirely.
What do the labels mean?
Low stock
This label appears when a dish may soon be sold out. The dish is currently still available. Please note: We cannot guarantee that sufficient stock will be available for your next order. If the dish is sold out, we'll replace it with a suitable alternative.
Leaving the range
This label indicates that a dish will soon be permanently removed from the range. Stock is limited and the dish may be sold out before your next delivery.
Coming back soon
This label is displayed when a dish is temporarily unavailable. The dish is currently sold out but will be back soon.
Limited Edition
This label indicates that a dish is only available for a limited time. These dishes are, for example, seasonal or produced in limited quantities.
New
This label shows you that a product has recently been added to the range and is waiting to be discovered and tried by you.
