How do I cancel my every subscription?

Thinking about cancelling your subscription? What a shame…

We hope you had a great time with us. If you'd like to end your subscription, you'll find all the information here. You can also temporarily pause it in just a few clicks.

How to cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your account.
2. In the menu bar, go to your name and click on Settings.
3. Scroll to the Subscription Status section and click on Edit.
4. Select the option Cancel subscription and follow the steps in the cancellation process.

Important:

• If your subscription is currently paused, you need to reactivate it first before you can cancel it.
• When cancelling, all saved discounts and benefits are permanently lost.
• Your account stays active — you can reactivate your subscription at any time.
• Orders that have already been triggered will still be delivered and cannot be cancelled.

Just want to take a break? You can also temporarily pause your subscription to keep your saved discounts.
