Yes, we notify you in time before your next delivery arrives, so you can still make any necessary adjustments to your order.
Email notifications
All customers (unless emails have been marked as spam or sending is suppressed) automatically receive a delivery notification by email three or four days before the next delivery date.
Please note:
- Orders are activated a few days before the delivery date and payment is triggered automatically.
- Please note that changes to the subscription must be made at least 3 days before the next planned delivery date. If Monday is the chosen delivery day (availability varies by delivery country), all changes must have been made and saved by the previous Thursday at the latest.
Please note: If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, there may be issues with the delivery of delivery notifications. We therefore recommend adjusting your email preferences rather than unsubscribing entirely from the newsletter.

For some countries, there are also SMS updates about upcoming deliveries.
